My only problem has been a commercial space where a hair salon had to shut down due to covid and I let them out of the lease. 

For instance, what if you had a fee that said that people with brown hair had to pay an extra fee. 

In terms of legitimate numbers, besides the construction cost above, remember that the majority of these homes are very old and adding rooms can be tedious, stressful, and might make you want to pull your hair out!

Sometimes I'll have 30 in a few hours and pull the ad while I comb through.I have things to comb through because I ask 5 questions always at the bottom of my ads.

The tenant actually sent the PM an email around 1am on 7/2/16 re-stating intentions to leave, but never specified a vacate date.Being that this is my first property, I started sweating bullets and combing the internet for information.

Not only that, my hair and and clothes and all of my things smelled like smoke.

I'm ready to pull my hair out because its been so much hand holding and nagging to get people to follow through.

Missing out on key information and not doing your research will likely have you pulling out hairs in a few years because you bought in the wrong location.
