Cute.

I didn't make anything look overly nice or cute.

I have yet to have somebody say yes to that, they always have preferred to work with me...but I think that is simply because I bring my baby with me and people like seeing a cute little baby.  

Breezeway makes it easy for Housekeepers and handymen generate timestamped reports  with photos that Airbnb accepts.We just had a woman say that she checked into the house and there were multiple dog feces found on the floor at check in. 

Well first things first karl, I have an elder woman behind just 60,000.00 behind or her mortgage and  she is willing to go the subject to route but as a new Investor I do not know much about subject to and really what the purpose is, as well as all I would need to in this matter as far as paperwork.

These mom-and-pop investors saved up some money, found a cute house in a nice neighborhood, they bought it, and they held on.It's easy for all of us to get wrapped up in the numbers.

Half the houses have the porches crumbling off the front and needed to be repainted 20 years ago, half of them have work ongoing or have already been flipped and are looking super cute and turning into stable rentals.

I guess if you are trying to be cute where one spouse is the member, but the operating agreement says that the other spouse gets 50% of the profits but has no stake in the LLC... 

That being said, i am clearly not familiar in the laws regarding this :) I was surprised she won and honestly I wasn't very involved because the HOA insurance company dealt with it, I just got updates from the woman who manages the HOA (it's a complex of 5 buildings and we own one of them).

When selling a house I like agents that can sell ice to an Eskimo or a ketchup popsicle to a woman wearing white gloves.
