I recently graduated from college and I'm looking to buy my first rental property in the Reno/Sparks, Nevada area.

I've run into several issues with properties I've considered buying where land or deed restrictions would have required joining adjacent land parcels, which sparked my interest in the process. 

Doesn't look like the 'average' would be meaningful from the price ranges.

**Unless you spend every night and weekend in it and it's meaningful family time**. 

I am definitely not wholesaler but I'm also someone who's been seeking mentorship recently and wanted to share a couple things I learned:- Keep actively looking for deals and getting those reps- Attend meetups in person and try to have as many meaningful conversations as you can- Try to reach out to potential mentors with their best interest in mind.
