I know that there are less expensive alternatives but at the time the location, schedule and time-frame worked out conveniently for me and it was also run by a Keller Williams brokerage that I wanted to join.Personally, my instructor was a bit newer I think and didn't have all the information down pat.

I'm at keller williams which is great for training and has tons of top producing agents you can network with, however if you are only looking to make money off of referrals then I would imagine an online Brokerage like EXP or Compass would be a better fit for you as split will be the most important.
