Investor-Agent Friendly Brokerage in MA ?
Hi everyone!
i just got my R.E. agent license here in Massachusetts.
I am not planning to work as an agent, but rather, as an investor.
The reason I got my license is to (a.) get referral fees when I come across a seller that I recommend to sell on the market, and (b.) to occasionally represent some of those leads myself to sell their home on the market.
But again, not planning to do desk duty or phone duty in a brokerage. (I currently have a W2 anyway!) Instead, my focus is on wholesaling, flipping, etc. (FYI, I do my own marketing, have a CRM, etc.)
I would like to hang my license with a well known brokerage that would be OK with what I described above, & who also gives a good split.
Any recommendations ?
Thanks!
