I did have a bankruptcy (thank you divorce) about 7 years ago, so maybe that is having some influence, but I've been meaning to do some reconnaissance to troubleshoot (thank you for the reminder).

Besides, laminate floors make "most" units look more "down market" than carpet, except in kitchens and baths where I always use ceramic tile.Please spend some time reading the archives here, pay particular attention to all the posts from people who thought a "skinny" deal was OK because it was a way to "get their feet wet", get started, get in the game etc.BTW, I pay CASH for all my deals, do my own repairs, except A/C (I can trouble shoot and repair that except for the "sealed-freon" bits) and I wouldn't bother to answer an ad on a deal like this.

I work in tech, so I've done all the basic troubleshooting such as logging in and out of the app, reinstalling the app, yet nothing has worked to pull in the data to the mobile version.

The customer support was able to help, but unfortunately, I learned very quickly that the T-mobile chip set that came with the base station was not reliable... so while the alarm system tested and was working OK... the signal was not good, so that it would go in and out, and essentially be useless.After a few days of screwing around, and troubleshooting every other possibility, Simplisafe decided to send me Verizon chip set.

What about adding free wifi, but claim that it's best-effort, so you don't spend a lot of time to troubleshoot their internet problem and slow speed if it happens.

I called in and the support guy was basically like "yeah I don't really know, I'm not like in the backend or anything I can just see the same stuff as you, so not really any way to troubleshoot it, good luck though!".
