Sosua has a very bad reputation as the other place where sex tourists go (aside from Boca Chica).

As more and more tourist income comes from non-gaming activities at least it's less dependent on gambling.  

And most tourists stay on the mountain and not in the "college" area.  

The cost is $25/ticket - well worth it even for a tourist attraction, you learn so much about Atlanta and its history along the way.

Thanks for any comments.We live in a small town not far from a very popular tourist area where river-based activities are common - tubing, kayaking, canoeing, fishing etc.

There is another biggerpockets member, I believe it was Engelo Rumora, who I believe started investing in the US while only holding a tourist visa.

If they can't answer then they are just tourists.

Hi I would suggest to look into a different area than Psirri unless you only wish to market the property to tourists, in which case it would be ok.

Also factoring in that majority of the tourist come to Oahu not Big Island I think you might have to lower your occupancy rating.  

Go to the Grand Canon, even off the edge of a cliff they have a tourist attraction with a glass floor bridge and deck, so there can be uses for almost any square foot on the surface of the earth.....you just need to recognize that use. :)
