Which material is best?

If I were to guess, I would think that the new administration will bring positive change to the housing sector by removing regulations that impede builders, and affect building material costs. 

Short term is always tough but not impossible at all especially with the high level of education and good hospitals in MA.

We have had two homes broken into and materials stolen recently.

And even at a steal of a deal, its tough to make it work.
