Think about the assembly line, transportation, medicine and vaccines, the Internet, etc -- these are all massive innovation drivers that created millions of jobs and generated huge economic booms in this country for the past 100 years.Innovation doesn't happen in a vacuum...innovation is kick-started through education and research.

It isn't "hard" in the way construction or medicine is hard, but you will have time when it drains you.  

Exercise is the best medicine.

You would have far to many specialist would not work.Think of a Doctor... they have to know all about medicine then they can go into a specialty that may or may not ever involved what they learned in med school.Same thing in my mind..

People from all over the world come here to practice medicine.  

What about putting in a medicine cabinet?

Until having children, veterinary medicine really maximized my time.

My upstairs neighbor was filling her bathroom sink up to wash a sweater one night (fancy sweater, I guess) - she turned on the faucet, sat down in front of the TV to wait until the water filled up, forgot about it and guess who found water streaming out of the medicine cabinet?

I work full time(medicine) and real estate investing only gets a small part of my time/money, mostly due to analysis paralysis :(.

So a spoonful of sugar (may) make the medicine go down smoother.Tip: use an attorney experienced in real estate (JV)'s to draw up your JV agreement (some take credit cards).Good Luck!
