Hi everyone, this is my inaugural post. I am just starting out and was hoping to find some guidance for multi-family properties in the Peoria, AZ area. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Those would be the larger buildings with multiple families living in them - like apartment complexes.  ;-)

Might you have a more specific question?
