No reason to reinvent the wheel if it has worked as is for 60 years. 

I know this is possible with some API'S with some websites, and with the proper framework I could probably build it in Podio, but I really don't want to reinvent the wheel if the technology is already out there...

@Ben Narro     In California, some of the credit unions offer RV loans that should cover a tiny home on wheels.

This unit was essentially investing with training wheels.
