It is not YOUR choice.If t takes X, Y, and Z to be successful, it takes X, Y, and Z to be successful regardless if you want to do X, Y and Z, and regardless if you CAN do X, Y, and Z.

Z is bleeding money.

I used "z flashing" and painted it the same color as the siding, no horizontal trim.

We collected 1K from XIf X moves in 1K will be put to the SDIf tenant doesn't move in by Y date 500 will be returned to X and Z keeps 500 as a non refundable deposit.  

Told me X and Y and Z was why they got cut off but they'd have the money in 2 weeks.
