Relevant.I'm looking for a top notch course to assist from A-Z on how to make a first investment property and make it cash flow.

I think once the land is surveyed I will be able to short plat this 12 acres from the whole parcel with approval from P and Z and town council.

P and Z  is on board as this will increase the financial  sustainability of my small farm.

I would also urge you to make sure you fully understand how they operate , A-Z (from how they make their profit to how many doors they are managing). 

Their services from A to Z, automate everything like nothing else I've seen.

The last house I put on Zillow and that worked out well as several people were pre-screened by Z.  

He wanted to finish developing the property by adding more storage units, but the current Director of P&Z told him the zoning has changed and will only allow him to place "tourist-related" businesses on the property.
