Definitely smooth & good web based content.Now he did much more than choose bad neighborhoods, he full on defrauded people... but he's not the only well known provider curating property in HORRIBLE areas.

Since BP is a paid product, you would think they would either have no ads at all or only advertise the BP community.Ads always dilute the message of a podcast host a little bit, depending on how well-curated they are.The fundrise ad for example - Brandon says "this is the future of real estate investing" in his own voice.

After getting some theoretical rates and occupancy, I plug them into my custom spreadsheet curated for my client's needs.

Many commercial properties don't make it to market or are listed with a commercial broker who shops it around privately or through their curated list of buyers.
