Online single family/multi family real estate investing course

Hey BP community! 
I run a summer sales company and real estate investing is a huge hype. I want a resource I can give my company that will help them know exactly what they need to invest in residential/multi family real estate, but they aren’t studious enough to dig through these forums or pick information out of podcasts/YouTube videos. Does anybody know of an online course/program that will help with this?
