@Dion DePaoliLOL, yes, that's fine and I was referring to our long conversations about note services we had in an informative role, so I see you began broadening your services. 

That being said, short sales come in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and condition, so perhaps it is something worth waiting for, while you continue to hack your 3 flat and broaden your portfolio.

I've followed and read quite a bit from Seth Williams and Mark Podolsky, but it's become apparent that BP is the community I need to plug into to broaden my perspective. 

As of now I've used zillow, craigslist and drving for dollars as my main sources, and am not sure if broadening my qualifications is neecessary, as about 5 hours of driving for dollars yielded only about 25 prospects.

I am now looking to broaden my rental property investments in areas near military installations.
