 I am recently retired, live in San Marcos, California. I am looking for investment properties that will either provide an income stream or a quick profit from a flip.

I would like to meet other investors who live in this area and might be interested in exploring investment opportunities, knowledge and advice, in San Diego county.

I have 3 rental properties and my first flip in escrow.
