There has been a lot of crazy weather over the last few weeks and constant freezing temps have created ice dams around almost all of my gutters.

For instance, it appears that there may be a lot of dams fed homes out there.

My main focus is on Allegheny and Beaver Counties but am familiar with most of Western PA and would be happy to help you. 

I lived in Rhinelander for 3 years, and bought like crazy, demand is high, but their are unique problems that come up, like winter, ice dams some years needing roofs shoveled off, and slow pay tenants are a bit more just the norm.

I also checked for excessive ice damming.

Inflation be dammed, more free money.

The lakes on the TN river go up and down at times throughout the year based on TVA opening the dams. 

Over the years, your pay increases, there's inflation, etc. that will make you look back and say "dam, I made the right choice."

Mainly looking at B-class neighborhoods in the area.I'm hearing good things about Beaver Creek, Kettering, Yellow Springs, Centerville.
