Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Richlands.

Purchase price: $162,000

This was my first home that I purchased to live in while stationed at Camp Lejeune. I lived in it for a few years and began renting it out in June 2020.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I originally purchased this home with the intent to sell once I received military orders somewhere else. I realized that the property value had risen a decent amount over the few years I was living in it ,and that it would produce a positive cashflow.

How did you finance this deal?

Va Loan through USAA. 0% Down
