After reading the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad," I got inspired to become a long-term landlord and break away from the rat race.

Why be such a depressing negative force on the board where people come to be inspired to do it the right way.Wholesaling is NOT sending texts blasts.

I have a lot of motivation and inspiration from my five wonderful children, who are the reason I do everything I do.

I believe in doing things that may inspire or give an opportunity to one kid regardless of a hundred kids who get nothing out of it.
