Hi everyone, I'm Kamiko and I'm thrilled to join this amazing community of real estate investors. I'm new to this business, but I have a strong passion and a burning desire to succeed.

I wish I had discovered real estate investing a year ago, because I'm sure I would be a millionaire by now. But hey, it's never too late to start, right?  I have a lot of motivation and inspiration from my five wonderful children, who are the reason I do everything I do. I used to run a travel agency, but I lost everything when the pandemic hit, and the world shut down. It was a devastating blow, and I even suffered a stroke in June 2023. But I didn't give up. I fought hard to recover my health and my spirit. And now, I'm ready to get back on my feet and reclaim what I lost, multiplied by 10.

That's why I'm here, to learn from the best and to network with like-minded people. I'm eager to absorb all the knowledge and wisdom that this platform has to offer. I'm open to any tips, advice, or feedback that you can share with me. I'm also looking for potential partners, mentors, or friends who can help me along the way. I'm excited to start my real estate investing journey and to see where it takes me.
