Actually thinking about it I am under contract right now to buy an 8 plex that is listed with a realtor, but that would be the only one that was listed or even for sale publically.It's all about your ambition level.

I work as a heavy equipment operator for a sewer and water main company in downtown Toronto, but I have the ambition to do more than just work for someone else every day.
