Hello everyone,

My name is Brian and I am from Seattle, Washington. I just started my real estate investment career by renting my primary residence while I am away, working for the Army. My goal is to gain knowledge, experience, and advice during the next few years while I build my capital for future business. When I return to the Seattle area in a few years, I would like to start a real estate LLC with my childhood friend. We have similar personalities, goals, and ambitions and I am excited to learn all I can.

Thank you "BiggerPockets" for providing me an opportunity to learn and network with professionals in the market. I have an MBA, but real estate is something new to me...I look forward to meeting everyone and soon helping others to succeed in whatever way I can.

Regards,

Brian
