I just bought your e-book and read the entire thing in one sitting. VERY informative and direct! I love the realist approach you take with it. It was well worth it, to anyone considering buying it.

I understand how you go about buying single family homes from distressed sellers at discount, but like you had mentioned in the book, sellers of larger multi-units/complexes aim to sell at list price to newbies. Have you ever bought a larger building at a significant discount? Would it be worth it to make discounted offers on many of them and see if you get a response? I was just wondering if there were any strategies specifcally aimed towards larger buildings.
