Note for the 3rd one that includes refinance fallout from when someone tells me it's a $800k home and an appraiser says it's a $675k home, meaning the whole point of that refi (dropping PMI) can't be accomplished, causing submission fallout.

I would group FNAC as one of the more visible amongst those (even though they are a subdivision of a bank themselves), but there are others that are pure investors (NOT lenders) who can help new brokers navigate the entire process from submission to closing.

If this is what you are looking for, you may potentially limit the amount of CPA's who will work with you.The reason being is if someone reviews your return prior to submission, they may be required to sign the return.

A good architect (you'll need plans for any construction anyway) will be able to guide you and many will handle submissions if you prefer, but if you want to save a few bucks, you should be able to do everything yourself as far as applying for zoning and permits.
