I've done other models where we've said yee generic money manager will say that if you invest in an aggressive portfolio you will see 8-10% average (cough cough show me the money cough cough) so people should be TOTALLY STOKED if they got 10%+tax benefits+loan pay down+leverage+inflation hedging... and we can maybe get 18% CoC so... we are looking at somewhere in that 60/40 range.
