Moving to Pittsburgh!

Hey everybody! My name is Joshua and I'm a Broadway actor/entrepreneur. I'm stoked to be making a big move from New York City back to my college town of Pittsburgh, PA! The move is happening March 2017, so in the meantime I'm looking to connect with local real estate investors and professionals in the Pittsburgh area. My goals are to begin my real estate journey by house-hacking a multi-unit property upon arrival in PA, and then starting a real estate wholesaling business.
