It's vital to be completely honest, and transparent with these guys so they feel they have a genuine relationship being built, and not someone just asking for money.

I know this industry can be frustrating to work with at times, but there genuinely is a lot of work that goes into being a good agent.

I genuinely feel for  the good contractors as nobody can beat the stereotype but at the same time , it also provides them with a unique opportunity .

The letter needs to genuine, dont sound like a pawn shop salesmen, try to bring value in as few words as possible because people dont want to read a whole page of words. sign the letter if you type it, and write a little sentence on the bottom of the letter about their property (like hey I love this or that or something like that) to show you're not a pice of crap like the others who write letters using services.

Otherwise a key thing in my ability to scale has been learning how to use automation in a responsible way, so that I can focus on the things that genuinely need my personal attention, but the guests never feel like they're getting less than my total focus.
