If investments such as the river restoration project, 11th street bridge project, and the renovation of homes/building new homes/condos are still going as planned it will transform Historic Anacostia and propel future investments here.

Also the thing you will run into if you restore a property that has been deteriorating for a while is alot of the lead paint got into the dirt around the house and the trim on the window so that needs to be replaced too. 

Our family renovated a historic turn of the century house and I fell in love with restoring beauty to old houses!

The shore is now largely restored and demand is expected to increase.Again, Welcome to the community and enjoy the content.

I need at least a 4 bedroom to have the room for the family, i also need a garage / shop as I have a small project problem and have a few car / motorcycle restoration projects that have to come with me too.

You can't trust a guy who needs his ego massaged.

The house was a foreclosure a a year ago, but a flipper bought it for $185K and restored it to like new condition.  

So tomorrow I am going to be nice , they will have the rent , I am going to give them 30 days notice ,  With the condition that if the electric is restored and next months rent is paid (cashiers check) I will cancel the 30 day notice .  

I've gone to school for vehicle restoration, but my heart keeps pulling me back into R.E. so here I am.
