Hello BP and Friends,
I can't begin to say how good if feels to send my initial greetings and just to be able to post a message. Well, let me begin by saying that I am a newbie to the REI arena. I am 33 yrs old, married, have a beautiful 21/2 year old daughter with anotherone on the way. I have an extensive history selling manufactured homes since 1996. Got out of it after the repo bubble for those of you who remember and started a roofing company from the ground. I've gone to school for vehicle restoration, but my heart keeps pulling me back into R.E. so here I am. I can say I've never found a forum so welcoming and full of folks wanting to lend a hand. Just wanting to introduce myself and to thank all of you here who have made this site a place to call home. Look forward to meeting some great people and make myself available should any of you need my help. Looking to start bird dogging or wholesaling as soon as I can figure out the difference. Found about 10 per day so far in the last week. My next move is to contact these folks to create the win/win.
