Hello :) Currently, I am learning about real estate investing and I am interested in fix-and-flipping single-family houses in my area. I have wanted to fix-and-flip homes for 21 years but was under the misguided impression that I needed money in order to invest. After doing more research, I am beginning to realize that my dream is possible and that money can be found in places and ways I never imagined possible. My next step is to figure out which method will work best for my situation. I am happy to be a part of this community and to have access to the wealth of information provided on this site.
