I had recently found out she was allowing 3 other people (heroine junkies) to rent the house, so I threatened to report her for DSS fraud if they all didn't move out.  

I've just started using Day Property Management, and they cover most of the valley area.

Greetings BP, I've recently  found that my current Realtor, who I used to purchase my personal home, is very slow to reply/uninterested in helping me buy investment properties that are 1/3 the price of my home.

I"ve been looking to find viable small apartment complexes to buy, and recently found out about Costar, but it is super expensive! 

I recently found out about a job relocation, I quickly spoke to the property management company to see if they could find a new tenant.

I recently found that real estate investing is something that really interests me.
