I'm trying to figure out if there is a way that if someone calls my business number and I can't answer by the 3rd ring, it automatically sends it to my answering service.

Jimmy, I'm here living in Austin and compared to SF the home prices look good, but...I'm not sure how much more appreciation you're going to see if you throw your hat into the ring right now.  

That may not sound like a ringing endorsement....but nothing being bad about them is a lot better than most of the lenders my clients choose.
