Tenant Screening Company with Employment Verification

A couple of months ago I listened to a podcast and the guest mentioned a tenant screening company that also does employment verification. While I really like listening to the podcast, I sure don't want to listen to all 100+ for the sole purpose of to finding this company.  

Does this ring a bell in anyone's mind?  If so, can you remind me of the company and/or podcast?  I searched through forums already and none of the companies mentioned sound like it.
