His claim was that because I had 5 cars in front of my house & people were photographed carrying fishing poles & a raft, that I must be breaking the law.

.  --  A balancing act, if ever there was one (remember the plates-spinning on the poles act on TV?).  

I'm hoping to be able to go to the national convention, at least the general session, but since I'm a bit low on the totem pole I might have to stay and hold down the fort while our other property managers attend.  

I borrowed $20k from my buddy at 8% interest to finance the shop build since it was just a pole building shell.

Use it for more fuel for the fire.

They are retired and do not have any expenses other than health insurance, food, fuel, etc...

Big burly guys with neck tats that smell like diesel fuel while driving jacked up 4x4s. 

I also spoke with an ADU Contractor who advised me to look out for utility poles and power lines.

The power pole was also knocked down by the tree.

So I was very disappointed but he was like fuel to the fire.I know I'm going to be very successful in this business, it's just a matter of time.
