With all due respect to Joann, this is how I believe her question should be phrased. If I had 100k cash, what could I do with it to launch a Real Estate business?

What's my strategy, business plan, goals? Will I also be able to eat? How far can I get in one year, three years, five years? You get the picture. Some of you more successful types would know exactly how to transform 100k cash into a very successful profitable business, so how about sharing that info with the rest of us?

Use it for more fuel for the fire. Buy 3 MH's on land and rent them for $800 each. Cash out refinance them down the line when lending allows it and buy 3 more.
