3rd party credit line?

So through fortune builders I was set up with Nevada corporate headquarters. I had a phone meeting with a gentlemen that is setting me up with a business plan and with a credit line for my LLC that will put my business credit at 75-80 in less than a month. BUT! at a cost if 2k for the credit. I know it takes time to build credit, this doesn't seem right? anyone have any input on this before i spend 2k?

They also offered a business plan. A grand total of 3,194 for the plan and the credit... is it worth it?
