[Andrew Frazier]

Hello everyone!  My name is Andrew Frazier.  I've been reading on BP articles for a little while now, but have finally decided to become a more active member with the hopes of establishing some great relationships with you all on both a personal and business level.  I live in Hawaii on the island of Oahu, where I was born and raised.  I graduated from the University of Hawaii's Shidler College of Business with a BBA in Business Management.  I have been working for a Property management company for about a year now, and since I have just received my real estate license I will be making the transition from an assistant to a full-fledged Property Manager.  I'm interested in perfecting my profession, and hope to one day own and manage a few of my own rental properties.  If you are a fellow property manager, or are interested in property management, or would just like to chat about things like strategies and market conditions, I would love to talk with you!
