Everything can be fixed with enough time and money...but if it costs a ton you just can't spend in another part of your reno budget (maybe no granite countertops ??

It will have engineered wood flooring, tile in baths, granite or quartz on countertops, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances. 

Leave floors as is, instead of doing full nice rehab just paint cabinets, drop in new sink and counter tops, and put in new floors.

Counter tops i get sheets if granite and get it cyt etc.
