We are building a spec house in Oregon Water Wonderland 2. The subdivision is adjacent to the Big Deschutes River, and many of the homes are owned by those renting them out for Short Term Rentals. There are also some homes used as long term rentals, and others occupied by owner/users. 

The house we're building is 4/2 (or 3/2 with a den), vaulted ceilings in great room, and 1649 sq. ft. of space. Here's a few photos of the house, and the area.
