For Jon, it means that he doesn't have to be on 24 hour/day patrol for spam (you have no idea how much spam is removed from this site that we're all lucky enough never to have to see) and when he is on the site, he can be contributing in better ways than just removing spam (i.e., actually giving out great real estate advice).Again, I don't mean to speak for Josh or Jon, but this is my interpretation...
