Multi family syndications for sophisticated investor

Hi I’m trying to preach investing in multi family syndications to friends/family. The reality is most people do not qualify as an accredited investor. Can you let me know if any groups that allow you to invest if you are a sophisticated investor. So far I’ve come up with Nighthawk, Rise48, and Lifebridge
