I actually stumbled on an article about your home the other day while researching and got me even more bullish about getting a home in the area- the whole redesign was amazing!

They stumbled along real estate to house their business but saw the overwhelming value the property created and pursued acquiring properties full time.  

Just stumbled upon this post as I began to research the Jacksonville market for buy and hold properties similar to what @Lisa Landivar is looking for.

My wife and I are considering buying a home in the next year or so,  I stumbled across this site while researching a first time home purchase and have been absolutely hooked for the last couple weeks. 

I feel pretty comfortable with how the process works just want to get some input on where people stumble in the beginning whether it be the contract being wrong or how do we verify if a cash buyer is legit and most importantly, how I can get the money into my pockets.

That way, anyone who stumbles on this thread will have it as well.
