New Jersey true newbie

Hello all,

As much as I hate considering myself a newbie, I'm am at this moment very much every aspect of the word. Couple general questions I have is where can I could find wholesaling contracts and forms used/ needed in NJ and obvisously before I use them I must have an attorney check them over. I feel pretty comfortable with how the process works just want to get some input on where people stumble in the beginning whether it be the contract being wrong or how do we verify if a cash buyer is legit and most importantly, how I can get the money into my pockets. Theres so many questions I have and I hope to learn from the experience and knowledge here. Thanks again!
