I have never listed, but I have used them when traveling to Europe and Asia..

East Colfax is really coming up nicely, and if you want to live super close to the urban core at still affordable prices your options are pretty much NE Denver (I also buy there) and that area to the southeast, including Sloans Lake and Villa Park. 

I've stayed in many airbnbs in Asia where the host is an expat that rented a 2 bdrm flat in an expensive district and airbnb the other room to cover their rent.

It sounded wonderful to me while I was managing my business from Asia & South America.As part of my due diligence I googled them and found nothing.

Stay away from Southeast Raleigh.

I currently am flipping houses in the south east and have several buy and holds in that area as well.

After about 4 months of traveling all over (Asia, Middle East, Europe) I missed making deals, being needed by clients, etc.

There's a lot to learn and meeting investors who are doing business in southeast Michigan is a great way to start your journey.

I live in Texas City but drive all over South East Houston from I-10 - 45S to Galveston.
