Best States to Purchase Properties

Hi,

I am looking to purchase properties in states/cities where I there is a large market. I have hear of people talking about different hot beds like Columbus OH and parts of TN. I would like to know if any one has any information on where to purchase good properties at a low price so that I can wholesale, flip, and even setup rentals.

Make sure to listen to podcasts at least twice.

Build a trust worthy team.

Go through the How-to guides under the "learn" tab.

Locate several resources for lender :

Portfolio lenders ( purch & refi ), private lenders, last resort hard money funds.

Network with people you deal with on a daily bases :

family members, co-workers, neighbors, dentist, religion members, and etc

Texas : employment and real estate holding

Florida : tax liens

Buy-hold : Indiana , Ohio, and Wisconsin

Just my current two cents
