I love to show this to my family frequently to demonstrate how the money is spent and to seek their feedback for new opportunities. 

Taking a few demonstration classes at HD can provide some good info on actual processes, so you have an idea of what is involved, but they will NOT make you a pro installer!

The key is to be able to demonstrate that you did in fact have the intent to hold the relinquished and replacement properties for rental, investment or business use. 

Well you farm it, share crop it, hold it for appreciation, build a house and rent it, turn it into a hunting preserve, Operate your business on it, store your business equipment on it, hold it until best and highest use appears, etc.In other words there could be many ways to demonstrate your intent to hold that property for productive use.  

I personally don't want to work with anyone who demonstrates that they aren't willing to do the work to make a problem better.

Note the average (not plotted) and median sale price on an annual basis varied quite extensively, demonstrating the economic diversity of our beloved Philadelphia region.

Something that works with demonstrating what you business is, and what it is going to do.

Expect to demonstrate how to turn on the heat, flip a breaker ,plunge a toilet etc..... 

Treat them with respect and hope they reciprocate.No experience BRRRing these homes.Undecided, need to collect some wisdom from the crowd and find some like minded folks who have had demonstrable success in this niche.Haven't divested yet.
