Business Plan

Is there someone that would be ok with showing me what they have used for a business plan?  Something that works with demonstrating what you business is, and what it is going to do.

Hi Clayton,

I think what you might be really saying is you need to learn more.

One big pointer in that direction is you want a Business Plan for "Real Estate Investing".

That word is a huge data set of things. An overly broad title.

Take some time and learn what different options you have under this broad title, and then learn when and where to use which strategy.

The pick one that suits you, and the current market.

Once you know that, learn all you can about it, and you won't need a business plan.

Same for STR.

The Campground might be different. A good business plan might be your best friend here.

For that business plan, SCORE might be helpful:  https://www.score.org/

Pick a consultant you are very comfortable with personality wise.

Also a campground might qualify for Small Business financing.

Now comes the "Sort".

3 different jobs. 3 BIG jobs.

Do you have the swing in your bat to pay for all 3 happening at once, or is it going to have to be a 1,2,3 affair.

If it's a 1,2,3 thing, choose who will come first and focus on that one.

Good Luck!
