Going to meetups is a great way to get to know people in the area doing the same thing to learn and bounce ideas off of.

According the "How to rent guide", I should take only cashiers check or money order so as to avoid a check bouncing, but from my experience Cash App and others alike do not allow to send payment if there are no funds in the source account.

(Two months back the check bounced and they cleared by paying the rent and bounce fees).

I'm also curious about any differences in the Toronto and Vancouver market for Wholesaleing.I'd also like to use this thread to connect Canadian wholesalers, there doesn't seem to be many listed on the members section of BP.Thanks everyone, I'm new to this and still in the research stage, would be great to bounce ideas off someone.Best,Kyle
