You would think if there was this killer drug present at the previous night's party, the Dope Fiends would have been taken out on stretchers to the morgue the night before.No previous night deceased Dope Fiends--probably not from the night before....could have been from any night.Maybe the Mother could have watched the child better--but maybe not, who knows.Poor kid.

Quick gratification is a killer in the sales business

This is a killer deal that will last less than 24 hours.

This will be a budget killer, but from what I read knob and tube can be safe under certain conditions and it also can be dangerous.  

Even then, your horrible financing will be a killer.

It is an ROI killer with little to no upside.

So far I've been able to resell them as-is for a small profit (one to an owner occupant, one to a DIY landlord buyer).  1000 or 1500 square feet of tile demo is killer.
